Return Policy

At DropH2O, customer satisfaction is a priority—but due to the nature of our products, we maintain a firm return policy to ensure safety, quality, and fair business practices.

Installed Products
Once a water system has been installed, it is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded. Water systems that have been connected or exposed to water are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This policy helps protect all customers by ensuring the integrity and hygiene of our products.

Made-to-Order Products
Many of our systems and components are custom-built to order. Because of this, cancellations or returns for made-to-order items may not be accepted once production has started. If a return is possible, a restocking fee may apply.

Unopened, Shippable Products
Certain items—such as filters or accessories—may be eligible for return if they are unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to their size and weight, smaller products are easier to process for returns. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
